GARROW OS is a software-as-a-service platform designed for financial distribution teams. It provides tools for customer management, case tracking, document storage, renewals, revenue tracking, and reconciliation. Access is provided on a subscription basis to registered organisations.
Each organisation is responsible for maintaining the security of its account credentials and for all activity that occurs under its account. Organisations must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
You may not share login credentials across individuals. Each user must have their own account. You are responsible for ensuring that all users within your organisation comply with these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before access is granted or renewed.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible for a reasonable period before being permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
GARROW OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
